Been a long while

As per the title its been a strange time, what with work being very hard and busy it overtook my life and i ended up working 6 days a week towards the end of my contract, but im out of it now and back to being fully retired.

Thanks to the generosity of my Friend James Conachen, i got to race at Bonneville this year on a Harley Davidson sprint 250cc bike that held records at El Mirage. Bonneville was stinking hot this year with temperatures every day in excess of 40 degrees, the salt was superb and the queues and waiting for a run huge. Some days over 7 hours wait for 1 run.

Alas the bike wasnt running well and the best speed we achieved was 58mph, which was a real shame as i had hoped to top the 100mph barrier for the first time. The bike was very good looking and Jim had invested alot of time in improving the aero of the bike, so heartfelt thanks to him.

However, it got me on the salt so i could experience what fantastic salt feels like and allowed me to network strongly.

It also allowed me to scheme and plan with Wally about the streamliner and 2025!...
