We have a schedule of testing to do on the 11th which includes towing the streamliner down a local runway to check i can still keep it upright and havent upset the handing with a number of changes down to the steering etc. This requires a towing point to be made. It was easy when there was no bodywork on but much harder now. Luckily the newly made isolator hole came to my rescue and i am able to bolt on a bracket with a spike and them mount the garden gate latch to the spike with a "tripping" cable back to the cockpit so i can release the tow rope. This will be key as we want to do coast down testing to establish the drag coefficient and the less attachments the better. Obviously the static stabilisers will be a real issue but still havent resolved the retracting ones yet.
